Some how I managed to strip the locking clamp on my rear Troy BUIS, so I figured I'd call first thing Monday morning to purchase a new clamp and screw.
Fully expecting to pay a few bucks + shipping, I even had my credit card in hand. Well as it turned out their rep just asked me for a Addy and said "No charge." Now that was a nice surprise. Not that 10 bucks would have put me and the family out, but just the idea of something for free was nice. Thanks Bob at Troy.
