Contact a moderator, leave feedback, or drop it. We don't do public "outings" here.

Why not? I've left bad feedback if someone flakes. They wanna leave me bad feedback to retaliate feel free. If they/he weren't such flakes i wouldn't be leaving bad feedback in the first place. I rather air it out and let members know they're dealing with a flake.

Go to his profile page and see when he was last online. I'm sure he's seen your messages and is avoiding you for a reason. A month is WAY too long. You were ripped off. Leave the feedback AND post to the original thread. How did you pay him? If via Paypal, then contact Paypal as they can do things to his account. If by CC, then dispute the charge as they will make contact with the guy to resolve. If by check, then you're SOL. Hope it wasn't a lot of money. Contact mods if you haven't done so already.

When did we stop? And to the mod that responded, how is being jerked around and having your time wasted "neutral?" What if you are supposed to meet someone for a ppt and they don't show? How can you consider that neutral.

Fair enough. I disagree, but the mod position is clear and I've no problem abiding by it.
