This is real papered transferable gun. Originally cut away at factory for training of armories. There are the windows in all the key functional areas. Where does it actually say that it's a non-firing weapon anyways?

Looks like it probably works just fine. It would have to at least be able to dry-function for the armory training it was designed for.

Also, I did a quick search for "transferable BAR" and it looks like market value is about the same for a non-cutaway version. So, actually this one is a bargain.

Someday I hope to trade in my SA BAR for a FA BAR, someday...
