    Dynamic Weapon Solutions 1 Star

Second time I gave these guys 2 shots. Both times I asked for same day service. Both times, they could not deliver. Drop off in the morning when they open and slides weren?t ready till end of second day.

Only reason I did go back is, the machining was good and they were local. But after this time, I?m done. I?d rather ship my slide somewhere.

Beyond that, the owner, Pedro, is a complete D-bag. While waiting for items to be finished, he sat in his office in the back. I asked questions about some of the items on display and he could not be bothered to get up. One answer was, ?Not sure, someone gave it to me.? Apparently he doesn?t need to make any other sales.

If you don?t mind snobby service and paying an extra $100 for late delivery, or waiting 4-6 weeks for their regular service, go for it. But be forewarned.

I can input a 1 star as well with my experiences with them. Their marketing is beyond "hype" but the service is no where near their marketing or sales.

My first experience was getting a slide that they marketed "ready to run". I asked so I can walk in and get it right away in the cerakoting finish I want? He said yes, I can invoice you now. So I paid the invoice for a tungsten finish cerakoting... he said he will email when it is ready for pick up. 1 week passes by I email for status, he replies that it is in production ... "slams forehead"
I continue to follow up every week and its constant run arounds even with his mother that works there. In the end it took 2 months to get a "ready to run" slide from him and it wasn't even in the tungsten finishing I wanted. He claimed that he did a complimentary upgrade to a DLC finish for taking so long. I didn't want to bother a refund because with the run arounds I got I know trying to get a refund would be worst and just a store credit.

2nd time around 1 year later... Same BS. Same marketing for a "ready to run" sales. I inquired for a G20 with a Acro P-2 cut and he claims the same thing, in stock ready to go in a week due to cerakoting. A week turned into 2 months and his reply for the delay was because of cerakoting. I picked it up without the assist for them to install anything since I can do all that myself and the Acro P-2 wasn't even flushed or sitting properly. I got in contact with him about it and he said during the check out with the rep up front I said that everything fits and work fine (which I never brought anything in for them or I to test fit).

That was my last and never again.

Yep! His mother is just as bad, protecting her baby boy. I tried getting a refund for the next day service since it took 2 days and finally said screw it after arguing. I just wanted my slides back and to get out of there. I tried asking him about some NVG?s he had hanging up and apparently he assumed I knew nothing about Nightvision and blew me off. Arrogant, lazy, POS!

I took a slide for a Shield Plus to have milled, Paid for "Next Day Service"
When I called late the next day, I was told they cerakoted it the wrong color, it would be done the next day.
I called in the morning and was told to call later that day.
I went in to pick it up and the kid putting it on my gun let the slide go, shooting it across the counter.
When I ask where my Holosun was that I paid for, he said it was locked in the bosses office, to come back the next day.
I went back the next day to get the Optic and was told they where very hard to get and they it was on back order.
I ask for my money back, and they refused to refund my money..only Store Credit.
I ended up doing a charge back with my credit card company and drove a few blocks away to Rifle Supply and bought my optic for $30 less.

I'd never do business with that A-hole again

Go see Lonnie at Total Force Tactical in Moreno Valley. He can do any of the cuts and cerakote the slide. He?s done 2 of mine now and absolutely love them. He will be getting more of my slides shortly.

My experience with DWS was a positive one. They did a H509 cut, Cera-coated, added their suppressor sights and optic for an excellent price and turn around was good, a couple of weeks.
