Good question. Actually I did not. My carrier does offer it. But for most of us who don't do crazy stuff with our phones, phone insurance is just an easy money grab for the phone companies. So I did not add it on when I got the phone. So I just bought out the rest of my contract and now own a holey iPhone X! lol
Then just started a new contract and got a new payment plan and phone with the same line. Basically like doing an upgrade. And it was, now I have the iPhone XS Max. Love it!
Lastly, with my huge piece of bullet proof glass as shown in the vid, I still don't feel I need insurance. The glass is my insurance.
