Good or bad I use the ATF Publication 3312.8 form to keep a list of my guns. I have the data in a Word doc and I print on the ATF form. Form is in the safe and the Word doc is backed up every time I turn off my PC.
Now, I don't expect most folks here to understand what I am going to ask about.
In June I bought a can, silencer, suppressor, etc. It has a serial number. Given the hoops one jumps through to get one should I consider it a firearm and put it on my ATF doc?
