I have a guy interested in trading me a Vepr12 for my AK that I have for sale.
My AKM is setup as featureless with a kydex grip wrap and a muzzle brake (slant brake).
He has been out of the loop with firearms for a while and I don't know anything about recent laws regarding shotguns.
His Vepr12 has a fixed stock, no muzzle device, and a magazine lock (bullet button).
Are shotguns still ok to transfer in this configuration or does he need to make it featureless by removing the pistol grip, or ???
Any help clearing this up would be a big help, as I don't want to drive to meet at an FFL tomorrow to just be turned away.
