Need help using Strelok+ app

I recently read about sighting-in using the Maximum Point Blank Range (MPBR) method. The article said the Strelok+ app has the MPBR calculation built in, and it appears that it does.

I'm lacking a cronograph, so I used my load data from my hand loaded ammo.

So going by the screenshot below, should the POI be 2.5" above or below my POA?
