          People carry all sorts of crazy expensive guns... wilson combat tactical elites easily run 4K and up. Springfield pro is 3.5K so it isnt crazy to carry a crazy expensive gun, especially if you are dead nutz on point with em.

          That said, I think a carry gun should be a tool. You shouldnt be afraid to drop it, use it or even lose it. So I would say use the gun and enjoy it at the range but carry something else, plenty of great options out there
