Confused about my purchased

It will still be a "used" rifle if you ever sell it!

Just spoke to LGS and everything is good. It's a misunderstanding between the seller and the buyer but it's all good. It's warranty 100% which is all I really care for and they will change the paperwork from used to new so it will reflect that I am the first and only owner of that rifle. Like I said, they're pretty cool people and they will earn my business again in the future.

I am confused too

It is my understanding a "used" firearm had been Drosed. A "new" firearm has never been Drosed. I don't understand how your LGS can change the status of a gun.
