    Sooper DOOPER ....LOOGIE...er.... Luger...(NOT)

This is my sooper dooper ENGRAVED Erma Loogie...er...Luger.

This gun was a POS from the time I got it so I ...er....engraved ....it with a pin.
Very easy as the gun is painted and not blued.

I keep thinking of taking it to a gun show and plopping it on a Luger specialist's table.

I could ....sometimes.... get maybe 3 in a row before a jam.
Tried all sorts of ammo as when I got this

    (as a GIFT )

I was shooting a lot and had almost every brand of ammo for the .22

    anyhow..... enjoy

    Those pics hurt my eyes.

    (Wish it worked.)

      Me too.

At least the BARREL is steel. The liner, of course. Rest of the gun is zinc.
Oh wait. The toggle and bolt is steel, too.

A friend of my brother's just bought either a Erma or Stoeger .22 Luger lookalike. Say's it doesn't want to feed any ammo he tries.

i got a stoeger luger and it works adequate the original white follower 11 round magaziunes make it work the newer green follower 10 rounders not so much

i always thought the erma looked good but their magazine was thin and fragile you can tune it to feed but it will just bend back to jamming mode again

The STOEGER "Luger" is a far different animal.
No experience with it, but I think at least it is made of steel.

This POS is the Erma LA22 that preceded the Stoeger licensing of the Luger name.

I wish they'd made it in 9mm or maybe 50 AE to see how well cast zinc holds up to REAL pressure. It has visible seams where the molds met.

Oh, and for your information, if you'd like..... I can do similar high quality engraving on any of your Piotti shotguns, Pythons, or Borchardts.

                Very reasonable pricing, too.

BUT HEY! I got $36.21 for a spare mag on eBay a couple of months ago.

About what the whole gun is worth in my opinion.

                      Sure, I'd like a Python.

I sold mine about a month or so BEFORE the announcement of discontinuing.

You do realize that fine engraving takes years sometimes.

                      So....sure.... send it.

If you're serious, I think I'd sell it for VERY little more than that.
I'd have to think about it as in my estate, it could make a "statement" that would confirm what the family often THINKS anyway.
                        heh heh
