KORTH Sport .357 low 200's serial number...

Looking for info... A customer has a KORTH Sport .357 Magnum 5 shot (from what ive seen they only made 5 shots for the first year of production) his father bought while stationed in Germany back in the mid 60's, its in like new condition... looking for more info on this firearm. Serial number is barely over 200. Id imagine this one is worth some change and then some since its a rare 5 shot and such a low serial number plus in excellent condition. Any collectors here? Just looking for info, firearm is NOT for sale (currently). Thanks!

I believe 5 shot versions are actually worth less.

My 13 year old blue book doesn't say anything about a 5 shot..It lists the 6 shot @ $4,766 MSRP...

current version of blue book states:

Current base MSR on this model is $8,000.
Subtract approx. 50% for 5 shot, depending on condition.

Theres gotta be some kind of extra value for it being the 203rd Korth made, I know he didn't make many (around 5,000 total production) but the 203rd is pretty low.

Put it on Gunbroker. That'll tell you the value of it.

              Beautiful gun BTW.
