Are there any footage out there of ballistic gel tests using under-charged handloads to simulate impact velocity at long range? E.g., I'd like to see ballistics gel test with underpowered .223 handloads to achieve muzzle velocity of, say, 1400fps to simulate a full powered .223 fired from ~600 yards.
