where can i find a tactical vest

Hey everyone,
i know this may sound kind of odd, but im looking for a tacticool vest. before you lough at me too much its mostly for a halloween costume, but if im gonna buy one i would at least like one thats not a POS. something like the Galati tactical vest would be perfect (i think?). but with no time to order online, are there any stores in davis-sacramento area that would carry such an item? i only know one or two stores around.

Just get a plate carrier.. Blackhawk and Condor makes them.. I think they run around $80..

I've seen tac vests at thrift stores in the last 6 months. Though they might all be snatched up by now.
