Has any country stopped vaccines?

I thought I saw where a country stopped the vaccine. Can't remember where I saw it. Anyone know

There's 5 countries that stopped Moderna now. But I thought there was some that said screw all of them. I did find this interesting.

Doubt any country will prevent a person from wanting and getting the vax. They will only stop mandates.

I think it's important to note that the countries that have banned the Moderna vaxx do not have vaccine mandates AFAIK, so it's not that they banned all the vaccines, just the one's that seem to be having bad outcomes and they are not forcing the vaccine if I understand correctly.
