I ignore those signs. My vaccination status is nobody's business but mine and if somebody's nosey enough to ask me about it, my standard response is "do you like anal sex". Nobody's F'ing business right?

My store has a sign that states you don't need a mask if you are vaxxed but need one if you are not due to the states rules. It also states that individuals responsibility to self attest and follow the appropriate rule. So we don't ask because we assume people are following the correct standard and that is that.
