Anybody done one or the other with success? I have a friend who just finally opened up their new restaurant on Feb 12th this year. I see the PPP wants proof of being open prior to Feb 15th so they're ok there, but then it talks about payroll records going back to Jan 1 so idk. They said they were told they haven't been open long enough but unfortunately, they were off to a good start and then had to shut down which is really tough when you haven't been operational for over 2 months yet after the opening expenses all paid out etc.
Anyone familiar with either program have any suggestions? Thanks
