I went out on the long trek to Walker River Sporting Clays in Smith, Nevada to shoot some sporting clays. What a great day! I shot the white course first and did well. Then went back after lunch and shot the green course. Wow! What a fun challenge.
Walker River is a must do. Take a pickup out there because if you don't have an ATV or a pickup, it isn't walkable. This club is out in the high Northern Nevada desert and we would drive from one station to the next with the guns and shooters in the back of the truck. It was a warm.....ok pretty hot day up there but, definitely worth the trip.
Going to stop at Capital City gun club on my way home.
