    870 safety(Updated)

    The safety is functioning 100%
    It just needs to be refreshed, the paint on the fire "ring" has mostly disappeared

    What type of paint would be suggested for that small ring on the 870?

      Testors model enamel in the little bottles is fine.

          I have used Testors Model paint on my Remington 870 and my CZ-75 SP-01.

                      PM me your address and I will send you a factory new one. I have hundreds as I remove them and install the Wilson on my tactical builds. Also, if needed there is a how to video on my web site showing how to remove and install the safety on Remington Shotguns.
