According to FNH Commercial DEALER price book (I got one at the past ShowShow) they pay $646.58, for the one with the removable choke / non backbored barrel (Model 17677). And 679.88 for the one with fixed choke / back bored barrel.

Ok, I used to have the FN Police Tactical Shotgun. (sold it to a gun buddy before I left for active duty)

You can change out the buttstock with any available AR type stock.
I would suggest adding the rubber buttpad on the stock as it does help to cushion the recoil. But the recoil is not bad at all considering it has a vented barrel already.

I am a really short guy and I can pump out all 8 shots consecutively without much trouble.

I went to a shotgun class and was hitting my targets with slugs at I think 25 and 50 yards away.

The top rail works great with optics too.

Looking at the CDNN catalog right now and the FN Police 8-Shot Tactical (page 20) is $269.99. Bad news is CDNN will NOT ship tactical shotguns to CA. My boyfriend already asked. Not about this model in particular but in general. Sorry...

Alright, I've got a real quote now. $575 plus tax and DROS.

It finally arrived, so I go to fondle other guns and begin the paperwork for it on Friday... I wonder if I should get a Sig while I'm at it...

Getting it from my dealer (friend) in Fairfield. He has two or three on stock right now, but I don't know if the $575 is a special "friends only" price or standard. Want me to find out? Email/IM me.

                budsgunshop.com has it for $570.39:

New In Box FN HERSTAL, Standard & Tactical Police Pump Shotguns. The FN Police Shotgun has a four-lug rotary bolt that locks directly to the barrel. This design en

Yes, the gunbroker.com prices are slightly lower. Does the buyer have to pay any auction fees?

Most Remingtons, Mossbergs, and Benelli Nova pumps can be purchased for under $400. Do you guys agree that the FN TPS is overpriced since it is really a dressed up Winchester?

Thank you for the nice pictures.

The FN Automatic Slp Self Loading Police Shotgun can be purchased for $679.00 at:

The FN auto shotgun ($679) is only $129 more than the FN TPS pump shotgun ($550) but FN auto shotgun is one of the fastest auto shotguns available. FN auto shotgun has the rail on top also.

Does the C-More sight make a difference?

That's a smoking price on the SLP. Wholesale price is around $800, I believe.

I have a Remington 870P in the 4449 configuration and like it a lot. For a semi I am about to purchase a FN SLP. Range report in a few weeks.

i just found a SLP on gunbroker for 650- needless to say i did not have to think about it...

clickity click,... should be on the way soon....

everything i have read on this is awesome- (suits me just fine as an alternative to the harder kicking m1s90 and much lighter than the 1187)
