Sig 1911-22 ejecting problems

I have a promo sig 1911-22 that when I rack the slide manually, rounds will not eject. They will extract, but be left sitting on top of the next.

However the gun came with an orange dummy round that ejects perfectly.
Does rimfire expand or somethjng and that is what GSG designed the ejector for? I tried CCI mini mag and federal hp bulk.

Going to the range today so I'll fire a few and see if that changes anything.

Ok I just looked at it closer and slower and the extractor is pulling the round out but the round slips down and out about halfway out the chamber, with the slide racked half way.
