When I got my CMMG .22 AR, I also found the magazine to be really tight. Then I did a research on Calgun and found that I needed to sand down two protruding points on the lower side of the magazine. After I sanded them off, the magazine slides out perfectly smooth.

How much does this weigh, I am thinking this build with a pencil barrel, no fsb, and a mid length trx-e with front magpul front sight would be super light, probably turn into my girlfriends gun. With a 6'' SBR and light can it would be amazing. Kudo's on the polymer receivers, good idea

For the guys that have conversion kits and later decide to build a dedicated upper, there are kits available from CMMG minus the bolt. So you are able to use your existing bolt to save some cash.

Wow, i really think my girlfriend would want one like this but maybe a aluminum lined barrel from tactical solutions.

Might bring it to four pounds

Skillfully crafted for precision, ensuring accuracy with each shot. Delivering excellence one shot at a time...

The complete upper is 2lbs 14 oz. Its a thin rifled steel liner, with a aluminum wrap. I bet a sbr of this would be the beez kneez.

Sucks to hear about the primary arms, I heard they were good ****. Will you be adding a 3x magnifier to this combo when the red dot is worked out

wow only 2lbs that crazy, but at the 650 price tag that is more than my whole rifle cost lol so its a little rich for my blood, college student you know...

And ya i read a lot of good things about primary arms, i was really surprised and disappointed that it didn't work, but hopefully i get taken care of.
