Yes, but now that i know the condition of the Ruger i want to make sure it is a reasonable price.

Just to give a quick idea.

I was researching the conversion price with Ruger just recently.
.22lr cylinder is around $65 plus smith services of @$50-65. plus your shipping.

If the safety conversion has not been done, than Ruger can send you a prepaid shipping box to and from which can save you some $$.
