U22 Safe Red Dot Mounting

I just picked up this U22 last week and put on this red dot. I found that the notches on the red dot to not line up correctly unless I slightly offset the red dot back (brackets forward). If I had access to a mill I could fix this rather quick.



Safe to shoot?
