In the comments of the YT vid, someone points out that some pros over the backpacker takedown is that you don't have to worry about scope zero and when in firing form, the Trek-22 is overall shorter length.

Never really had a zero shift on my 10/22 takedown with a scope on the receiver. Maybe not noticeable at 25 and 50 yards. Haven't tested 100
