    Browning SA-22 value?

Rifle was made in Japan, so should be late 1970s? Bluing is about 50%, dings and dents in the wood. Cool gun, but a buddy is trying to offload one and we are trying to establish an acceptable asking price. Thanks.

reference point: I bought one NIB made in Japan SA-22 (don't remember the date of manufacture, 1980s?) for $550 a couple of years ago.

someone is selling a good condition one now in OC for like $400...which seems like a good price.

    $350-400?

Half of bluing gone is rather severe. Maybe see if you can testfire it 1st as well. I've never had much luck with these type guns.
