Marlin 925

I have the opportunity to pick up one for 125 used, seems in good condition with bluing wearing down a bit. I really want a savage mark 2 fsvr but that seems unlikely. Anyone have one of these that can shed some light on? Not sure on age it has a wooden stock on it and comes with 1 mag. I want a 22lr to goof off with anywhere from 100+. I trust my fellow calgunners reviews most.

I own a marlin xt22, which I believe is the same rifle if not close to the 925...and mine shoots like a dream. Seems like a steal so I would not hesitate to grab it if I were you. Good luck and I hope, you keeps us up to date on your decision.
