    Ameriglo Spartan Night Sights

I just ordered a set of these for my Glock 26. Have yet to install them, but they arrived today. They seem pretty cool. They have a bright orange ring around the front sight for high visisbility during the day and and green tritium night sight inserts for night. It looks like the front tritium insert is larger than the rear so it will be easier to distinguish between them in the dark.

They came with a decal and business card for the Spartan Tactical Training Center, which I had never heard of before but apparently they are associated with DSArms.

In any case, I am excited to get these sights installed and try them out. I'm really curious to see how they compare to the standard 3-dot Ameriglo night sights I have on my Glock 17.

Anybody else running these things? Got pictures of them installed?

Nice TC! Those look really similar to the Trijicon HD tritium set I picked up for my 19 to include the orange photo luminescent front post circle. Does your orange circle glow also? Mine does only if you hit it with a light. I thought my front tritium lamp was bigger when I first looked but alas, it is the same size as the rear ones. Kinda wish it was.

Not to wake a dead thread, but how do you like them? I badly need to replace my heavily abused Glock factory sights, and I feel like these will be superior for day and night shooting in the event I go back to night shift.

Any downsides? My Googling has them looking good.

I have a set on one of my 19s, I like them. They have a nice low profile (rear) work very well on follow up shots. I rate them second to Trijicon HDs, but if the HDs are too tall in the rear for you, they are the perfect option and less expensive. Don't have a good pic of them mounted on my Glock but you can see the side profile anyway.

I Googled the hell out of them and couldn't find nearly the smack talk I saw about TruGlo TFO's. I have straight trijicons on a Sig but they don't have the daytime "pop" I want on a front post.

          Thanks.

I can't speak to your mental health, but Trijicon does make the tubes that go in Ameriglo's posts.

I have both, will never buy the TFO's again. But the Spartans I will buy again.
Yes they use the Trijicon glow sticks.
