In search of a spotting scope preferably vortex.

Whichever model you get, make sure it has a range finding reticle. MILS or MOA, depending on how your rifle optics are set up. Any spotting scope without a reticle is nothing more than big glass for watching birds, or shorter range known-distance rifle targets on a square range.
Quality optics are not inexpensive; buy once, cry once.
