Eotech Superb customer service

Just wanted to say something positive about the great and speedy service I received recently. Had an Eotech XPS 2 for several years without any trouble. always holds it's zero after I remove it and put it back on, and dead on accurate. Recently had a rainbow effect that developed in the corners like the coating was coming off. Emailed Dan at Eotech. Mailed it out and they worked on it the day they received it and then sent it out the next day. No receipt needed (got at a gun show from an authorized dealer). I always think about customer service nowadays. You get what you pay for...Comments welcome.
