HELP!!! Need turrets for Weaver Target Scope

I picked up a Japan-made Weaver CKT-15 Micro-Trac target scope from an online charity auction site (Goodwill). The scope is missing the turrets. I have searched online & came up with a few emails but it looks like no one has them.

Any ideas?
