Hi All, something strange happened to my brand new Sig Sauer P226 Extreme.
I have had the gun for only two months now, bought new.
After my first 100 rounds I cleaned it with Rem-Oil (using this for years on all my weapons) Took it out for another 120 rounds and noticed I now have a red sight on the Left and the front sight is red-ish also.
Anyone know the cause of the sights going from white to red? The one on the right is still white and the night sight still glows on all 3...
Curious if the Rem-Oil had anything to do with this or heat from firing?
