No clue what happened, but EOtech will fix it. I had an eotech that had delaminated, that was not visible except the reticle was very dim where delamination occured - but there was no visible line or mark on the glass.
Their customer service is very impressive. They fixed the optic, an out of warranty EXPS3 I bought secondhand; I only paid shipping to them.
