But your compliance department is wrong on this.

If flash hiders are not legal to ship to California, then pistol grips and collapsable stocks should be treated the same. But are they?

So what is the legal departments justification for not shipping flash hiders?

From what I hear in our Compliance department, Cali NV rules are changing as well.

I understand and for the most part agree with "Voting with your wallet" but this type of situation is not one the market can remedy

Only way to make significant change on this is to harass your legislator and actually vote.

While I see your tendency to err on the side of caution. I'm fairly sure flash suppressors are legal on bolt action rifles in CA. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Your permission slip is only an election away.

        Bolt action and RAWs too.

Fact of the matter is they aren't even illegal to purchase or posses. They are only illegal when used on semi automatic rifles, just like pistol grips and collapsable stocks.

And what Ca PC section makes the sale or importation of flash hiders unlawful?

Pardon my French but your "compliance" dept seems to have their head up their a**.

Yep. There are plenty of other places who don't refuse to sell perfectly legal items to Califorina gun owners.

Not accurate. "Evil" features can still be used on 2017 compliant mag locked (Armaglock, Franklin DFM, etc) semi auto rifles. But this is irrelevant since this thread was started prior to 2017 when evil featured BB rifles were still legal to sale and assemble.
