    SOLD

    Asking $350

Austrian converted then refurbished by Bulgarians. Accepted into service in 1918, converted to 8x56R in 1931. Parts matching except for the nosecap. Missing 2 screws on the rear sight as pictured. Good bore. Bolt is very smooth, and stays open if taken out of the action. Front sight blade could use replacing or filing down, don't think this one is original.

Located in Marin County. Will ship to FFL03+COE holders, rough estimate on shipping is $30-50.

Just FYI, the tall front sight is original for some M95/30.
The 8x56r S-Patrone cartridge has a flatter trajectory as opposed to the original 8x50r O-Patrone cartridge.
Thus, some (not all) M95/30's were fitted with taller front sight blades during the conversion.

      Good luck with your sale.

That is correct, however this one is taller than the tall front sight blades that m95s were upgraded with, it's also of a different profile than those blades which leads me to believe it isn't original.
