Hi all,
I am in the process of COE renewal via cfars website that I've been doing for the past several years. For this year, I received an email to provide FFL03 Number (see below). Have you received this inquiry recently? I have no problem uploading a copy of the FFL03 but there is no selection to upload.
The instruction is inconsistent. It asked to email but also said submit on cfars. :/
