I've been buying from them for about a year now, or before the software upgrade, which leaves a lot to be desired.... My big gripe.. No lot bidder info/history/views...

I always look for customized C&R's... and a few moderns too...

When I first started following the auctions they cataloged 400 firearms a month. Lately the last 50 lots.. or so... are knives, ammo, and paraphernalia.. This month's is heavy in sidearms, which is good for the pistol collector... :-)

Even with all it's warts it's always entertaining, and I look forward to the 7th of the month when they post their first batch of 50 lots of which most I couldn't afford... Last month a collectable Thompson Sub went for $36,000.. :-O !!

I never have been a big pistol guy. I generally watch the long guns that are interesting to me, and then delete them when the bidding goes over what I have in my pocket. Usually the one's I have the hot's for, so does everyone else, and I get blown out of the saddle pretty quick.... But... there'll always be another down the road. :-)

Because you already own a much nicer one and you didn't want to get dragged into a pissing match? You made the right decision IMO.
