Ah, you were one of the lucky ones that got an order in before he stopped pouring! Someone else in this thread gave the same info earlier - I was hoping there was another source or a similar model. Oh well.
I don't know if you checked out the video or not, but you'll need to completely re-engineer that grip on your own. Yes, he does provide very good detail on how to do that, but you'll be starting from nothing but that video... but keep me in mind if you do - I'd order one, if the price wasn't too steep!
Maybe in the mean time the riflegrip.com guy will open up his contact again and accept new orders (or he'll find a manufacturer to work with). I keep checking, but no luck for several weeks now.
I have extra. I'd mould one of the ones I have and build off of it.

Just my opinion (And IANAL) but that spur at the bottom can be considered a pistol grip based on he CA DOJ definition of a pistol grip. That grip was made by a New Yorker for the NY definition of a pistol grip.
You can wrap your thumb of your trigger hand in an area below the exposed trigger which makes it a no-go in CA
A good, Safe alternative is the 2A Zone grip shown in Pappy67's post
I respectfully disagree. Of course someone might be able to improperly handle a rifle. Maybe hold it like a shoulder launch rocket launcher (if they want to be a pirate), or shoulder the balast on an AR pistol. I would argue that it is clearly not intended to be used in that way and offers no functional advantage, in addition to being extremely clumsy and precarious. You cannot achieve anything close to a "grip" using the spur. Some trigger guards have enough of drop that you could wrap your thumb around it and actuate the trigger. I do like that other grip, and might try one. There is also the SI simple featureless grip that interests me.

Riflegrip.com but the guy stopped making them. He said we can make it and posted a how-to video. If anyone in the bay area wants to cover the cost, I'll sacrifice some of my weekends to pour them. Its kinda spendy to get into pouring and I'm a grad student...
The stock is a LUTH-AR. There are a few different ones, I picked the one least likely to be questioned.
