For MP5's, the push pins hold the butt stock in place. For my MP5k clone, the handguard and rear push pins are smae.

Will make the VR9 cali friendly as one of their checkout options.

Remember the VR9 is a blow back rifle like your 9mm AR. It doesn't use the delayed roller system like HK MP5 series.

Just my opinion. If your going down the MP5 path get a roller lock gun

I have heard nothing but good revues about the AA94SF
You will spend more but it's worth it to have a gun based on the original design

Mags for ether gun are going to be a pain
If you go on the forum HK PRO look for DJ GETZ he should have another batch of 10 rd mags completed in the next few months

Of course, German 30 rounders are around $70 and you still need to have someone block them off.

The only disadvantage is parts. If you use delayed roller there are plenty of german/american aftermarket parts for the bolt etc. With this rifle, you'd have to contact AA to see where they source it from if there should be problem.
