R+D Precision review??

Hello Calgunners, Im about to buy a Custom REM 700 chambered in .260 built by Randy at R+D Precision. Im looking for any and all input from anyone who has any knowledge or experience with R+D Precision rifles, primarily concerning quality of work and accuracy.

Please list all PROS and CONS you may know

I've known Randy for a few years (before there was an R &D) and he's built several of my rifles over the years. No CONs at all except after your shoot one of his rifles you won't be satisfied with anything else.

I've shot two of my friends rifles that was built by him, a 700 in 308 and 300 win mag, both in AICS, smooth and accurate.

Randy is one of the best. He built me a rifle, Broughton barrel AICS stock, trued the receiver, RD knob... with my loads it will do better than. 5 moa with the nut behind the trigger properly set.
He also repaired the extractor on another 700 and installed his bolt knob while I waited.
Best of all, he is local.
