what is best .223 accuracy?

what is the best MOA you get from your .223 AR or blot gun, I know a lot of people can shoot .2 to .3 moa but that only happen once in a blue moon. what is the best average group your rifle can do? the best i can get from my gun is about .5 -.9 moa average 5rds group with handload.

I couldn't shoot that with your best gun and a half dozen sandbags on a concrete slab.
