Problem with the Rossi M92

I bought a Lee Spring Kit to smooth out the action. I'm stuck trying to remove the screw from the lower tang, this where the replacement trigger spring belongs. I sprayed some WD-40 but the little bugger doesn't give in. Any suggestions?
