EDIT: RANGE REPORT:
This thing is amazing! well worth the price tag!
I'll tell you I was a little aprehensive at first spending so much on a muzzle device when a standard A2 cage is like $10 and sure they've been working for forever
But after shooting this today, there is no way "standard" is good enough any more.
There is no comparison. Hammered tripples at 110 yards on a 6" target... NOT A PROBLEM - this will significantly speed up my follow up shots, it's like the sights don't even twitch.
It's not loud, and the people standing next to me told me it wasn't any different than the other ARs there that day, maybe a slightly different signature but not some crazy loud blast. Heck a guy next to me with a pistol AR had one of those KAC pigs - it was worse than mine (I let a couple people shoot it, they were amazed)
Installation was easy... the included shims time the device perfectly with the 22fts of torque. they include some sort of thread locker called rocksett and I don't think I'll ever get this thing off my gun. which is OK by me - the thing ROCKS
Quality - nothing short of what you would expect from surefire, if you know the name you already know it's good stuff.
EYE CANDY:
