    Ruger? Strange...

It just occurred to me today that Ruger makes (or made) .44 mag, 9mm, and
.40 carbines...and they make revolvers chambered in .30 Carbine.

So why no .30 Carbine carbines?

Because at the time the .44 mag carbine came out, the market was flooded with M1 carbines. Today, there just isn't that much interest in it.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero

I have a Ruger .44 carbine. It's fun to shoot, but not my favorite rifle in the safe. Makes a pretty decent south Texas hog gun though.

EOD is a science of vague assumptions based on debatable data taken from inconclusive experiments with instruments of problematic accuracy by persons of questionable mentality.

I would bet it is a good companion for a 44 mag revolver.

I have an M1 Carbine and a Ruger PC9 Carbine. Both are fun to shoot but the Ruger is WAY less expensive to play with. If you just want a shootin' fix it does nicely but nuttin tops the M1A, 1903 or the 1919. They are a tad expensive to play with though!
