help on scope rings rail and bipod

me again guys i finally have my 700 pss ss16x42 scope on its way i just dont know what rings,mounts and rails i need. please if you can include a part numbers and links. i have been on the phone for two days with swfa and midway buy im not getting anywhere. i also need the right bipod for this looking at 9-13

please help.
