Just purchased my AR lower!!!!!!

Like the title says: I went into one of my local FFls and bought a stripped CMMG .223 lower. I now am going through the dreaded 10 day wait period. I will be reporting back soon when I pick it up. BRD all the way!!

lol.. Just bought my lower last week. Got a custom engraved spike lower.. should be able to pick it up over the weekend

Got ideas on which upper you're going with yet?

I'm going with a gas piston upper from Addax tactical. I posted this question a week ago on here and the overwhelming reply came back ... "ADDAX!". I asked my local FFL and he also told me Addax.

My choices were

1.) POF upper
2.) Novenske upper
3.) Addax

I was pretty much told to go with Addax by the majority. Plus If i go with Addax I can get a discount if I mention CG's.

yea..I held one of the complete ARs that they have on sale. It felt as if it was made just for me. I'm thinking of putting an angled foregrip.

Thats great, now just go buy another to have sitting around. My next buy is a bolt action but the extra lower is nice to see sitting around.

One more question. I saw an upper that I like, but it says its an M4 type. Would this fit my lower?.. or is there a difference between M4 type ARs and standard AR15s?
