Quick Question About Magazine "Parts Kits"

Alright, so is a "parts kit" basically just an disassembled magazine? I'm about to buy some 30 rounders for my AK (privately), and I think the only way to get them here is as parts kits so I can stop them at 10rds when they get here. I just want to make sure I've got the right definition of "parts kit" before I have the guy send them to me. I don't want him or myself to get in any trouble.

    Thanks guys.

Yep, a "parts kit" is all the parts to a complete magazine, just disassembled. There are no restrictions on purchasing parts kits whatsoever.

Remember that you must PERMANENTLY make the mags 10 rounds or less if you assemble them in Ca.

Yeah I'm going to. I'll probably use epoxy or something. There are a lot of good guides out there for doing it.
