what barrel

im going to purchase a bcm middy just debating on wehter i should get the regular barrel, the bfh barrel, or the stainless barrel. Any input is appreciated.
the weapon will be used for the range and home defense.

I've had a stainless Bushmaster(???) barrel on my RAW for several years. Love it cause stainless doesn't rust under normal gun toting conditions.

Whatever you end up getting, be sure it has a 5.56mm chamber rather than .223. Mine has 5.56mm & it eats ALL kinds of ammo that chokes ARs with the .223 chamber--- Wolf (both lacquer & polymer), Malayasian, etc.
