Springfield Saint SBRs, allowed in CA?

I just got an email from Springfield about their new SBRs. Does anyone know if these are allowed in CA?

I'm pretty sure there are no SBRs legal in California. I believe the only way to get something similar is to PPT anAR pistol from another calgunner or try building one from an 80% lower. But I have heard that may be a little more difficult with the current laws. I'm sure someone else with more knowledge will chime in.

No legal way in ca for non Leo to have that.

However,I did bump into a ca resident who was shooting a sbr. Reg mag release and all. Said he got it before the last ban. He was 22. I stopped asking questions.

They are allowed if you are a Gov/Mil/LE agency or a FFL/SOT with a valid CA DOJ Dangerous Weapons Permit for a SBR.

              C&R SBR's (& SBS's) are allowed.

As long as they are BATFE approved (Form 4) and they comply with CA assault weapons laws.
