    Double crush washer

So i bought a new barrel and assembled yesterday only to discover that the barrel threads are too long for a regular a2 hider to contact a single crush washer, so i doubled up. Anyone see any problems with this?

Better to use a regular washer and one crush washer. Of course, to get a good fit and not have it look Mikey Mouse, you'll like need to have the washer custom made with the proper ID, OD, and thickness. Then have it finished to match the finish on either the hider or the barrel.

Seems odd, what barrel did you buy?
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

I would look into a "muzzle nut" from Dinzag:
